I have been a public servant for over 38 years and am a Veteran of the United States Air Force from the Vietnam era. I worked for 34 years in Law Enforcement and was most recently employed by the Human Resources Office of County of Riverside. While working for their office I was instrumental in establishing the first polygraph unit used for the testing of law enforcement applicants for the County of Riverside. Prior to my employment with Riverside County I was the office manager for Bullens & Bullens Forensic Assessments. While in that position I was responsible for testing post- convicted sexual offenders for the San Diego County Probation Department. My goals have always been directed toward serving and protecting all those who need my assistance.
