I retired from the San Diego Police Department after serving the citizens of that community for over 34 years. I have over 30 years of experience in investigations including: Crimes Against Persons, Burglary, Domestic Violence, Sexual Assault, Auto Theft, Drug Enforcement, and other under cover assignments. I have received specialized training in interviewing and interrogation techniques for victims, witnesses, and suspects. I have been recognized as an expert witness in both the United States Federal and California Superior Courts.
Prior to serving on the San Diego Police Department I served four years in the United States Air Force as a Staff Sergeant until June of 1969.
